NutriSync Talk to us
Nutrition intelligence for organisations

Nutrition scoring your dietitians can defend.

NutriSync is the business platform behind easyChef Pro. The same engine that scores food for consumers, available to professional sports teams, healthcare providers and enterprises as a white label product, a co-branded one, or an API.

800k+USDA-verified products
30+Nutritional factors

Three ways to deploy

Your brand, our brand, or no interface at all.

White label

The platform under your name. Your branding, your athletes or patients, your staff. Nothing on screen says NutriSync.

  • Fully rebranded application
  • Your organisation owns the relationship
  • Custom profiles configured to your protocols

Brown label

Co-branded. Your name on the front, ours acknowledged underneath. Faster to launch, and the underlying methodology is visible to anyone who asks where the numbers come from.

  • Your brand, powered by NutriSync
  • Shorter path to deployment
  • Useful where provenance is a selling point

API and data

No interface. Documented, versioned endpoints and licensed nutrition data, integrated into software you already run.

  • Scoring and product data
  • Versioned so our change is not your outage
  • Built into your existing systems

Who it is built for

Create, track and monitor the people in your care.

Individual profiles, set against health and performance goals, with dietary guidance that follows the same method every time.

  1. Professional sports

Athlete profiles built on the Performance focus, which weights protein density per calorie, energy availability, omega-3 content and the micronutrients that matter for recovery. Track an individual across a season rather than scoring meals in isolation.

  2. Hospitals and healthcare

Patient profiles built on the focus that matches the condition being managed: Heart Health for blood pressure and cholesterol, Metabolic for blood sugar and insulin resistance, Digestive for IBS and gut recovery, Inflammatory Balance for autoimmune and injury recovery. Dietitians set the guidance; the engine applies it consistently.

  3. Enterprise, food service and wellness

Scoring applied across a catalogue or a population the same way every time, so results are comparable between sites, seasons and cohorts. Twenty-five dietary patterns are already modelled, from keto and carnivore to halal, kosher, low-FODMAP and DASH.

Other apps guess. We calculate.

A nutrition score is not a suggestion. An athlete changes their intake because of it, a clinician may have to stand behind it, and someone will eventually ask where the number came from. A score that differs between two identical requests survives none of that.

A generated score

  • Plausible, and different next time
  • No reasoning you can show a patient or an athlete
  • Shifts when the model shifts
  • Nobody can sign their name to it

A calculated score

  • Same inputs, same output, every time
  • Every number ties back to a nutrient. No black boxes
  • Changes only when the methodology changes, deliberately
  • A registered dietitian owns the method

Scoring profiles

The goal changes the weights, not the data.

The same meal is not equally good for a defensive lineman and a cardiac patient. Each profile scores every item 0–100 against the factors that actually matter for that goal, calculated at the ingredient level. Eight are built in, and the eighth is whatever you need.

01

General Wellness

Balanced nutrition across all factors. Energy and micronutrient density, glycemic balance, fiber, macronutrient balance.

Baseline population health
02

Heart Health

Low sodium, low saturated fat, adequate fiber, potassium. Penalises processed meats, salty sauces and butter-heavy dishes.

Blood pressure, cholesterol, cardiovascular risk
03

Metabolic Health

Glycemic load, sugar density, fiber-to-carbohydrate ratio, complex carbohydrate proportion.

Blood sugar, pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, PCOS
04

Digestive Health

Soluble and insoluble fiber, probiotic and fermented foods, FODMAP compliance.

IBS, gut health, post-antibiotic recovery
05

Inflammatory Balance

Omega-3 content, processing level by NOVA classification, antioxidant density, omega-6 to omega-3 ratio.

Autoimmune conditions, joint health, injury recovery
06

Performance

Protein percentage per calorie, energy density, omega-3, and the micronutrients critical to muscle recovery.

Athletes, training load, endurance, muscle building
07

Keto

Scored against ketogenic constraints rather than penalised by a general-purpose model that treats fat as a fault.

Ketogenic and low-carbohydrate protocols
08

Anabolic

Weighted for muscle accrual rather than general performance, where protein timing and density carry more than overall balance.

Strength, hypertrophy, off-season building

Custom profiles

If your protocol is not one of the eight, it becomes the ninth.

A profile is a set of weighted factors, not a hard-coded product. We build profiles to your requirements, whether that is a team's off-season protocol, a renal or oncology dietary standard, or a specification your own dietitians have already written. The underlying data does not change. What the score optimises for does.

Governance

A registered dietitian owns the methodology.

The method is owned, not emergent

A registered dietitian owns the nutrition science and the boundary of what the output is allowed to claim. Scoring changes when the methodology changes, deliberately and on the record, rather than because a model was updated.

Built to be examined

Every dimension of a score is calculated at the ingredient level and traces back to a nutrient in a USDA-verified product. If a clinician asks why a meal scored what it did, there is an answer.

Scope. NutriSync provides nutrition scoring and dietary guidance. It supports the professionals making decisions - dietitians, clinicians, performance staff - and does not diagnose, treat or replace them.

Tell us who you are feeding.

A squad, a ward, a member base or a catalogue. What the score is used for usually determines whether white label, brown label or the API is the right shape.

Documentation and integration detail are shared on request rather than published here, so the conversation starts with what you are actually trying to do.
